This fitout was the first in this new building starting with an empty shell, and internal stair carcase Amstar delivered this one and half floor fitout to an exceptional standard complete with full commercial kitchen and staff cafeteria.
Features include decorative ply wall panels, stained ply feature ceiling, timber hardwood floors, acoustic wall panelling, bath tub reception counter.
All ceilings, partitioning ,flooring, glazing, joinery, and service trades had challengers within the programme timetable.
